Investigation included the interview of the captioned subject. One of these interviews was conducted by the Springfield Division Polygraph Examiner, SA In this interview with sA the captioned subject stated that he used the word "kill" in the telephone call of interest. The captioned subject apologized for what he had done and assured sA that he would be very careful with his anger and words used if he were to make any telephone calls in the future to express his opinion on political matters.. Assistant U.S. Attorney Central District of Illinois, was provided with reports and evidence concerning the captioned matter. On 07/25/2003, he declined prosecution of the case.
