After being advised of the identity of the interviewing agent and the nature of the interview, that being the fire occurring at the Heart of Fire Church, 50l7 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky, provided the following information: stated that he is the b6 Louisville Division of Fire, City of Louisville, corner of 12th b7C and Jefferson Streets, Louisville, Kentucky, telephone number (502) 574-3701 On June 13, 2oo0, the first dispatch for the Heart of Fire Church fire was made to the Buechel Fire District. Buechel was dispatched to the fire based on the landmarks of Bardstown and Watterson Trail.. stated that this was the area of b6 his coverage. On the second dispatch,. was notified that b7C the fire was occurring at the Heart of Fire Church which was in the Fern Creek Fire District.. stated that he and. Idecided to continue on to the scene. stated that stated that he. pulled into the b6 parking lot of the Heart of Fire Church. stated that he b7C drove around the building and saw heavy smoke at the rear. I parked his car and prepared to assess the fire. As part of the assessment, looked into the church windows. and advised that he saw nothing. Investigation on 07/13/2000 at Louisville, Kentucky.
