Having driven around the building, stated that nothing appeared out of the ordinary to him. l was questioned as to how access to the building b6 was made, and stated that access was made through the b7C back door that he opened. Istated that he does not know if anyone else witnessed him opening the back door. was questioned as to whether or not anyone b6 opened up the building for him, and stated no, not the b7C door of original entry which was found by was questioned as to whether or not there were b6 any signs indicating that the Ku Klux Klan had been there, and b7C stated no. was questioned as to whether or not there were b6 any letters or notes or graffiti or any other signs or symbols b7C indicating that the Ku Klux Klan was involved, and stated nothing. Stated that the only thing out of the ordinary was the smoke. was questioned as to whether or not there was b6 anything indicating the fire was a hate crime or threat or b7C racially motivated, and stated that not when he got there. stated there was no graffiti or signs and nothing indicating such. was questioned as whether or not he was aware b6 of any other threats to a church by the Ku Klux Klan, and b7C stated no, not in our area. stated that he has heard of threats but only from what he has read.
