4.13.(U) Child Victim Identification Program
(U) FBI NCMEC liaisons facilitate submissions to CVIP, which assists LEAs with child
exploitation investigations by reviewing CSAM and by matching those to its database of known
and/or identified victims. These reviews are the cornerstone of prosecutions and are available to.
all LEAs who populate the database with identified victims rescued from abusers.
