Writer has put details pertaining to each interviewee in the leads section of this communication. The NYO and the SDNY have obtained Federal Grand Jury subpoenas for testimony for each interviewee. Interviewing agent(s) are to use their discretion in serving the Federal Grand Jury subpoena on each interviewee. Writer requests to be contacted by Agents who are assigned to conduct interviews either by telephone or email. The purpose of this request is to allow writer to contact the appropriate Agent to inform them of LAMO's arrest, so that interviews can be conducted. Please conduct interviews within two (2) months of being contacted by writer. Interviews pertaining to individuals he contacts via telephone and individuals that were run in Lexis/Nexus were already received by the appropriate offices. Interviews pertaining to individuals he is friends with but are reporters will be sent under a separate lead.
