Cne way to try to uncover clues would be to question people at area kennels, dog pounds and humane societies if they know of any decompressiuu equipment that was sold or junked at about the time the murders started, and where and to whom the equipment was transferred, I think people who are involved in ASPCA and other area animal husbandry activities are the people you should be talking to now. You might find someone whc remembers where an old decompression unit changed hands awhile ago.
