The Task Force will miintain a master file on all individual cases. In the event the Task Form is atplished, all original case files and evidence will be retumed to the local law enformament agency having jurisdiction on the particular case. Mecbers of the Task Force, by this agreemant, are authorized to cross and work in different law cnforscment and judicial jurisdictions for the purpose of collecting and oporlinating evidense in Gntluding erinc secncs) and wonducting investigations of the cases assigned to the Task Fores. ‘ The Commander of the Task Force will create a Crim: Scene Team made up of the best qmlified imtividuals from within the 12 agencies represenUing the Tack Force. He will se that the medical examiner takes control of the crime scene until the body is aminvesd. Once the: texly is removed, the Crime Scene Team will take control of the immediate area to conle:t an eviderme search, One penn wilh le: designated for collecting and transporting all evidence t the Crime Lab, Toecal jurisdictions may comhrt any search they deen appropriate outside of the inmediate crime scenc arms, The specific assignment of personnel to the Task Porss vom another furiediction shall be the result of an a@yreement reached by the Atlanta Public Safety Commissioner and the head of the respective agency involved. ALL personnel assigned to the Task Force shall work wrier the direction of tie: Task Fora: managers and supervisors.
