(8) (9) (0) ( _f ~ ~ All personnel assigned to the Task Porce shall he detached from their respective jurisdictions and shall be assigned on a full time basis, They shall be utilized as deemed appropriate: by the Task Force Cammnder, and if possible, investigators fom other departinents will ‘ba aziignes? to work the caseg from their own jurisdictions. However, duc to the tremendous volute of imestigative leals that the Task Foren receives daily, these investigators will also have to assist in following uw on investigative leods. The Task Force Commaryier shall have the authority to rome any person from the Task Force if and when he determines that such removal is in the host interest of the operation of the Task Force. If this ocairs, the Oamamior of the Tank Fort: will submit, in writing, the reason he requests the individual to be removed from the Task Force. All agencies agree that no one will mike pli: ststements or Statements to the news media about any eviderce related to the onwing investigations. The Atlanta Public Safety Commissioner shall be responsible for handling all media matters on behalf of the Task Force. If a body is found, medical examiners am] departnent heads in individual jurisdictions may mike a brief etatement in reference to that discovery, but will not disass evidenor. Tt was aleo agresd that the agency in which the child lived would have the responsibility of notifying the next of kin. No one will release the name of the child until the next of kin has been notified. (4}
