* This source reported surveillance information to the effect that on
er June 16 GARGOKI KHEIFTTS, previously described, visited the residence of 5cxT
BHRCIT from 2 to 3:50 p.m. What transpired during this visit is unknown.
. This source advised on June 6 that BEAT BXSCHT and HANNS WISLZK had \
U conversed with BUhES (first name believed to be BOHUS), then Crechoslovaxien
+ Consul at San Francisco about the possibility of obtaining Czechoslovakien L

cerning thenselves with an early retum to Europe. They apparentl, believe that
\ possession of Csech passports will facilitate their trevel, particularly their
departure from this country. As a result of this conversation, it appeared that
Czechoslovakian passports would be issued to BRECHT and [ISLRx once a decision
to that effect had been mde by the Crechoslovarian Govarnnent, and that such a
decision would depend on the ability of BR'CHT and “ISLA! to show thet they
would be an asset perhaps in a cultural way to the future Crechoslovaita.
' This informant subsequently advised reporting agent that +t the time
of this conversation between BRUCHT, “ISL“h, and BRS, BENCIT and VPISL“F, in
respouse to a suggestion that possibly they would have to cet exit visas from
\ the United States Government, indicated astonishoent at this and then resarked,
