1 Date of transcription.
Delta
Air Lines, Hartsfield International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia,
advised that he recalls during January, 1979, there had B7e
been considerable concern over some missing luggage, as
well as a saddle which had been shipped by the Libyan
Ambassador SHALLOUF. He stated that there had apparently
been a mix-up or delay of some nature in the luggage being
transferred from British Airways at Gatwick Airport onto
Delta Air Lines.

first notification of it being missing the early part of
January, 1979. Advised that he was contacted by the Delta
Air Freight Service in Atlanta inquiring as to whether or
