4. Speeches by BOBBY GEORGE SEALE, Chairman of the BPP
at. Winston-Salem State University, November 14, 1971,
and St. Augustine's College, Raleigh, North Carolina,
November 15, 1971.
On Nevember 5, 1971, the BPP signed a contract with Winston-
m State University officials for a speech by BOBBY CEORGE SEALE,
Giaivman of the BPP. Under terms of the agreement, SEALE was to
receive $1,500 payable to Consolidated Products.

On September 20, 1971, Supexiox Court
Settsttor, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, advised that the trial
of LARRY LELTCLE, JULIUS CORNELL and GRADY FULLER comwenced that
dite in Forsyth County Superior Court. LIITLE, CORNELL, and
FILLER were indicted by the Forsyth County Grand Jury on various
thett charges stemming from the theft of a meat track which was
located at BeP Headquarters in Winston~Salem, North Carolina, A
shock sut with police ensued leading to the arrest of the above
three KEP members.
