CORNELL, aii FULLER following a defense ii an the Forsyth
County Jury Lists was improperly drawn. stated it was
improbable that LITTLE, CORNELL and FULLER would be re-indicted
on this charge.
On February 10, 1971, GEORGE DE WITT, RANDOLPH JENNINGS,
bRADFURD LILLEY, and LARRY MEDLEY were arrested that date at
«12 Hilda Street, High Point, North Carolina, following a sheot out
Point Police. Police Officers were attempting to serve
un notice on the occupants of 612 Hulda Street, High
rth Garolina, when the shooting occurred. Police Lieutenant
