(uy) Tne "Charlotte Observer", a daily Charlotte, North Carolina, newsnaper, in its issue of March 4, 1969, contained an article which stated in rart that about forty (40) Negroes had qathered around the flag nole at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, shouting “Pewer to the Peorte" and replaced the United States and North Carolina flaqs with a black flag. The newsrarer article identified the chief ss.kesnan for the grow as BSN CHAVIS.
