Attached for Atlanta and Birmingham are copies of a
self-explanatory memorandum from Assistant Attorney General
J, Walter Yeagley dated September 20, 1863, captioned
‘Anonymous letter from Atlanta, Georgia." Also attached for
each office is a Xerox copy of the anonymous letter referred to
in the Departmental letter.

letter may have some bearing on the bombing case.
It is not clear whether the number 30510GA is an
