Maxey, Van Buren, Ark. advises that he is holding Hubert Bleigh for killing of Alma, Ark. constable but identification is not positive end unlese further identification is forthcoming, Bleigh will be discherged at hearing on August 10, 1935. No detainers have been filed against Bleigh although he is reported as being wanted by Speciel Agents of Frisco Railroad, Sheriff Maxey also reports that Olyde Barrow apparently not con= nected with Arkansas rempage ending in conatable's death. Arkansas license 61-132 wes stolen on May 7, 19535, while left on road overnight. P. REFERENCE: Report of Special Agent G.
