"The Washington Post and Times Herald" for September 16,
1963, page A6, sets forth remarks allegedly from an FBI spokesman
concerning subject bombing. The spokesman allegedly stated that
the bombing on September 4, 1963, in Birmingham, is under FBI

there recently.
