Lf so, what are the results? Response: The FBI is currently constructing a web-based customer survey for state and local law enforcement agencies to lean of their satisfaction level with information and Shgence disseminated by the FBI, This survey has not yet been distributed, bat 1s expected to be in the near furure. This feedback report will be part of future field office pre-inspections to determine satisfaction levels. OLEC reports that, during sts two-year existence, the number of complaint calls from law enforcement personnel regarding information sharing by the FRI has steadily decreased. When OLEC personne! attend meetings with law enforcement, they are often told that there is an increase in cooperation and information sharmg by the FBI. The Director’s Law Enforcement Advisory Group also reports that it's members have expenenced a significant umprovement in the level of cooperation and information sharing between the FBI and state and local law enforcement. TIONAL CHANGES The Committee recognizes that the FBY has made substantial organizational changes as it reforms its approach to intelligence, to include the establishment of an Executive Assistant Director for Intelligence, an OL, Field Intelligence Groups, and an Office of Law Enforcement Coordination, among others. 1.
