I said that I would. The State Police then typed up a summary of the way that Burgessdrove his car in Va. I signed the suomary statement. I did not make this statement under oath or in any way swear to the truth of it. As oo all Burgess gave the State Police the informtia as to the length of tine he had known me and I did not check the accuracy of this in the summary statement. dd nal I wish to restate at this tin€ that the facts relative to/acquaintance with Burgess ae in the signed state ment I gave to Ps gl on June 13, % / As nearly as I can recall I was arrested with Burgess the firet of second week of April of 1951.
