He said that he and his wife had seen the subjects on a Tuesday, the exact date unknown, but recalls that it was before July of 1961. stated that the subjects were English and driving a sports car through LaSuerche-De-Pretagne, France. @@@GMMb stated that he felt foolish in coming to the FBI Office to give such a small amount ‘ of information, but offered this information for what value it may be . worth. He scid that. the sicht of anv Englishmen in this particular part of France was not commonplace and that, therefore, he sincerely belicves that these two men were the sutjects, He ssid that he has no further information on the subjects.
