He said that he and his wife had i seen the subjects on a Tuesday, the cxact date unknom, but j recalls that it was before July of 1951. <M stated that ; the subjects were English and drivine a sports car througn LaGuerche-De-5retagne, Frances stated that he felt foolish in coming to the FBI to give such a snall mount of information, but offered this information for rhat value ii may te worth. He said that the sight of avy English- men in this particular part of France was not conronplace and that, therefore, he sincercly believes that these two men were the subjects.
