You wtll recall that tn 1949 the Roman Catholic
Chureh forbade any of its members to read Communist literature.
If such reading was necessary in a person's work, the individual
was to get the permission of his parish priest. Cardinal
Spellnan elucidated this policy, and it was given considerable
publicity.

such employee will be removed from that
