article: "Unfortunately, for forging the links thnt lead to the

Canada were dependent upon great scientists of Germany, Denmark,
Italy and other nations. To jist only a few, Altert Binstein,
Lise Meitnar, Enrico Fermi and Neils Bor contributed to the epochal
discovery. Fundamentally,. scientific research is international,
and can not be linited within naticnal frontiers."
