sponsored a petition of the ACDG and according to the Daily Worker ;
of 9/2/48, Tage 7, EINSTEIN signed a statement of ths Council cond mning
the Greek Government.
The Daily Worker dated 7/4/49 contained an article which
stated in part that the ACDG announced that a petition bearing 10,90)
signaiures requesting the application of the Geneve convention to
National
military and civilian prisoners in Greece had teen sent to the
Red Cross. According to this article the name of EINSTEIN was among
