Although picketing was scheduled to continue until 4:00 PM that date, when thecwarehouse closed for the “eveping, :the . pickets discontinued at approximately 9:00 AM and did not return. The picketing was peaceful and orderly. There were no incidents or arrests... . On May 25, 1966, ———————, it was learned from Harry Johnson that the picketing of v Company Warehouse, Chicago, terminated on May 25, 1966,at 9:00 AM because members of the Teamsters Union indicated they would no longer honor the NFWA picket line. Johnson indicated that during the picketing he had received assistance from Jim Arnold, a full-time volunteer worker with the NFWA.
