It is felt that the assessment could also include any recommendations
by TSD regarding the current organization of the investigation that
would facilitate the application of ISIS at a later date.
It was agreed that CID would request that TSD detail
appropriate personnel to Atianta for a preliminary assessment
as requested by SAC Glover. CID believes that the potential
investigative burdens generated by 15 simultaneous homicide
investigations will in all probability lend itself to the application
of ISIs,
