Officers is ae: Agent enter the Penelope St. address where Mr. Williams advised that his attorney, Mary Welcome, was on telephone and wanted to AIC speak to member of surveillance team. Agent = spoke to Welcome who advised that she would hold news nference that afternoon and wanted officers and Agents to comment on record regarding Wayne B. Williams and "stakeout". She also expressed concern for Mr. and Mrs. Williams’ health because of numerous news media w enforcement 3 officers at the Williams home. Agent age her to contact FBI Office, Atlanta or Atlanta Police Department Task Force 10:12 am - officers and Agent depart residence through numerous ne ~ media 1:00 pm —- Wayne's father exits residence with 35 mm camera taking pictures of news media and vehicles in area. Mr. and Mra.
