The following is a chronological log of events - -'. taken place during that survetilance: “ 3:50 pm - physical surveillance begins 1817 Penelope Road, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia. Noted were numerous news media also located at the aforementioned location 4:15 pm — Mr. Homer C. Williams leaves residence and enters front yard. News media appear to take photo- graphs of Mr. H. C. Williams 4:20 pm - Mr. Homer C. Williams leaves residence in 1970 Chevrolet station wagon, Georgia license LLM 866 4:45 pm -— Mr. Homer C. Williams returns to residence. News media appears to take photos and video tapes of Mr. H. C. Williams 5:25 pm -— Mr. Homer C. Williams takes photographs of news media members. Advised news conference to be held at 6:30 pm, Bank of the South building, 55 Marietta Street, Atianta, Georgia 5:27 pm -— Mr. Homer C. Williams then talks to news media and then returns to house 5:47 pm — Mr. Homer C. Williams comes out on porch- of residence 5:48 pm - Mr. H. C. Williams returns inside house 5:55 pm — Mr. H. C. Williams comes out of house and enters church parking lot.
