Magistrate, On January 15, 1971, the 115th Military Intelligence Group at Fort Lewis reported 30 individuals who had refused to leave the main gate area at Fort Lewis were taken into custody, escorted to the military police station, and 26 were issued letters of expulsion. One individual, FRANCIS STONE DROW, who had been given a letter of expulsion on June 14,\1970 for disrupting a service in the Fort Lewis main chapel, was confined in the Tacoma City Jail on January 14, 1971 pending appearance before a U. S. Commissioner on a charge trespassing. Three individuals, LEE CC. HARSHBERGER, CHRIS G, “GREIMES, and RODGER C.NGRETMES, were found to be juveniles ost. BOST. Two persons were arrested in the Overseas Replacement Station area at Fort Lewis on a charge of unauthorized distribution of dissident literature. Both persons were given letters of expulsion, Each had about 250 copies of a leaflet captioned "Military Largest Buyer of Scab Lettuce."
