Since that time has been subjected to extensive psychiatric examination, which revealed that while } is competent for trial by virtue of having a factual and rationa! understanding of the proceedings and an ability to consult with counsel he was suffering from a mental disease on or about the time of the alleged offenses which interfered with his mental ie emotional processes to such an extent that he was not able to conform his behavior to the requirements of the law.
