lilo P - CE 9-2256 An AUSA in the Western District of Vir inia has stated that the Federal indictment againsticoncerns violations within the jurisdiction of the U. S. secret Service and it is not anticipated that the indictment will be amended to include the Federal Extortion Statute. He further indicated that the Federal Gevernment will not reach e decision concerning prosecution on this indictment until the state charges are resolved. In view of the foregoing, there appears to be no further action to be taken in this matter, and this case will be retained in a closed status, UACB. 2
