Mr. Breakstone, 30, a native of New York, has been an Assistant U. S. Attorney in Chicago since 1968, He has handled grand jury investigations and prosecutions of many different types of cases since his appointment, -- Maceo Hubbard, the Acting Chief of the Criminal Section of the Civil Rights Division and a Supervisory ° Trial Attorney. Mr. Hubbard, a native of Pennsylvania, has been with the the Department of Justice since 1946. He was with the old Civil Rights Section of the Criminal Division from 1946 to 1956; and from 1956 until his retirement last year he was with the Civil Rights Division where he was Chief of the Eastern Section. i
