OPD has developed voluminous ‘information concerning SLA resulting from November, 1973, slaying of Oakland School Superintendent Marcus Foster. In addition, SFO is in frequent contact with Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office and Alameda County District Attorney's Office to insure there is no duplication of investigation. Agents are assigned in liaison capacity with these departments and investigative efforts : are coordinated.
