He stated that the demeanor of the unidentified persons led him to believe this to be true. WEED reiterated that the overall attitude of the group was of absolute certainty as to their actions, decisions, planning and motives. In fact, WEED advised that it appeared that when there was a possible breakdown of their plans as “indicated when the white female stated, "We'll have to get -. rid of them. They saw us", that this appeared in no way to hinder their operations nor did it seem to act as a deterrent) in the actions and behavior of any of the individuals involved. WEED attempted to determine who may have possibly been in charge of the group, and it was his ; feeling that the female was actually commanding the operation. WEED's reasons for believing this were that the female initiated the entire incident by entering the apartment first, her obvious move towards PATRICIA HEARST and taking control of HEARST, her statement, “We'll have to get rid of them. They saw us”, all led WEED to believe she was in fact in charge. - , WEED concluded that he believed the white female was in charge due to his recent picture in local newspapers with PATRICIA HEARST announcing their engagement which would: have been most likely observed by a female reading the society pages of the San Francisco newspapers. WEED stated that he and HEARST do not keep any type of a regular schedule and do not frequent any particular activities, restaurants or other social functions on a regular basis. WEED stated that the only regularity in his and HEARST's schedules are when they attend classes at the University of . California at Berkeley. WEED attends classes all five days of the school week and his schedule is approximately as follows: ; Monday - Leaves at 9:00 a.m., arriving back at the apartment at 11:00 a.m. Leavés at 2:00 to ' 3:00 p.m. and arrives back around 5:00 p.m. WEED and HEARST are home on Monday evenings.
