When he finished working out he obtained a sweat shirt, Sweat pants and an Army-type jacket from the trunk of his car and put these clothes on prior to leaving the “area. Upon reaching Hearst Street he proceeded west to Oxford Street, and then south to the intersection of Kittridge and Oxford Streets to a Texaco car wash facility: on the southwest corner. He drove to the vacuuming area of the car wash not stopping at the gas pumps or the car wash area. He estimated that the trip from the jogging site took approximately ten minutes.
