QqqPoalysis was received on 3/18/74. A copy of his analysis is attached. A copy of this analysis has been forwarded separately to the Laboratory and the Computer Systems Divisions. He says in short that the primary problem evidenced by the communication patterns of Cinque centers around difficulties with will and decision. He is tentative and uncertain, introspective and insecure. He expects to fail. The victim is viewed by Cinque as innocent and an individual. All of his references to Hearst as a person used the title "Mr." and Hearst should continue to emphasize his personal role as a father and as a person rather than his corporate connections. There is a conflict between the "even," the just, and the "odd," the enemy. All references to the "Hearst empire” and to assets always used the odd number values while all references to the pe and the ext ion demands are even in number. Based o analysis, it is his opinion that Cinque would not be capable of the decisiveness of a cold-blooded execution of Patricia Hearst. He is convinced that any group who would use Cingue as its spokesman must have characteristics similar to his. He could not reconcile the Oakland murder with the: :!' personality characteristics of the group holding Patricia Hearst.
