SCOTT stated that his wife would not accompany hit . fo San Francisco when he was to appear before the Grand Jury. . During the ensuing conversation with SCOTT, he related that he had been an alcoholic until 1969,and was..in several hospitals, SCOTT stated that he has not taken anything alcoholic since 1969, when he realized what he had done to his wife and family. Concerning his son WALTER, SCOTT related that WALTER is a “Jekyll and Hyde" personality and is a maniac when drunk, SCOTT said that he and his wife are deathly fearful of WALTER and have had trouble with him ever since he was in high school, SCOTT related that on one occasion WALTER assaulted his eight month pregnant wife, and on another occasion beat up five other - guys when WALTER was in the U.-S. Marine Corp. He said ke did not know where WALTER was presently located and last heard from him when he was in Philadelphia.:.
