SCOTT stated that his son WALTER did work for Summa Corporation prior to getting a job with an oil company overseas. SCOTT related another incident concerning his son WALTER on an occasion when he and his wife attended a football game with some neighbors from the Casada Way Apartment with WALTER. WALTER got into an argument with another man in the parking lot and demanded his father's belt. SCOTT stated that he took off his belt and gave it to his son since he was afraid not to. WALTER then trapped the belt around his hand and was about to get into a fight with the other individual when the neighbor managed to talk him out of it. .
