SUTTER advised his wallet was returned to him and everything else appeared to be intact. The male also inguired of SUTTER's home and employment and telephone number, which SUTTER readily furnished to him, . The redio was tuned to a classical station, KFAC, inasmuch as the male advised it would make SUTTER more com- fortable if they listened to SUTTER's type of music. During the programming a news broadcast was heard indicating Law enforcement officers were attempting to Siege a residence in the vicinity of 84th and Vermont. At that point the male said, "That's us", At approximately 11:00 a.m., one of the girls departed the car and made a telephone call. Upon returning to the ear She advised, "It was sure nice to talk to them, They were glad to hear from me", SUTTER indicated a aumber of calls were made throughout the day, but none of the calls appeared to be long distance because no one in the vehicle asked for change for the pay telephones, After the 11:00 a.m., telephone call the male told SUTTER, "It will be longer now becnuse things are getting flaky. Don't worry, welll get there, just hang ona little longer”, Then the vehicle appeared to travel through a number of hilis and valleys, At approximately 11:15 a.m,, the driver advised, "Wetll wait here, TI want to put the flasher on, but I can't a, find the Icnob", Then she put the headlights on for approximately fifteen minutes, SUTTER advised he knew the headlights were on up gnto position when the headlight switch is turned on. SUTTER indicated this stopping place seemed to be somewhere high, appprently'on a mountain because SUTTER could hear cars and - -345--
