_ —"~ . oN 8 JET 2 RAT ob ssce the car SUTTER heard an unknown individual (orobennf hite male) saying something to the effect, "If you tell ne where you want to go, T'li tell you how to get out" WILLIAM HARRIS pepiied by saying, "We sure don't want to go to the university" ; After driving another several minutes, the car stopped and EMILY HARRIS again got out. She returned a short time later and SUTTER heard the rustle of paper in the front seat, He believed EMILY HARRIS had obtained a map, but em- phasized this was only a hunch and could furnish no specific facts to substantiate it. SUTTER noted that he heard no significant noises such as would be associated with a service station, a logical source of maps. The group drove about in a seemingly aimless fashion before making an unexpected stop at the side of the road. WILLIAM HARRIS lowered the rear viindow and yelled to someone outside the car, “Where is East Gage Street?" SUTTER could not hear a response, As near as SUTTER could tell, they Grove around for several minutes more, finally stopping at what was possibly a small shopping center, He besed this on the traffic and con- versation sounds caming from outside the car, SUTTER estimated they arrived at this location about 12:00 Noon, After the ‘group had been there for approximately fifteen minutes, EMILY HARRIS Ceparted, The others had remained in the car for an additional fifteen minutes vhen female number two slid over into the driver's position and WILLIAM HARRIS moved to the front seat. They then drove away, apparently leaving EMILY HARRIS at that Location, About this time WILLIAM HARRIS told SUITER it would not “be too much longer", Ne also asked SUTTER if there was a low level fuel warning Light in the car, When SUTTER acknovledped that there was, WILLIAM HARRIS commented that the light had come on, About 1:00 p.m., after again driving a winding, turning rogd, WILLIAM HARRIS explained they vere going to stop on a mill, Hegtold SUTTER he would be let out and they would drive his car - -361~ a er repens eS — a f Maer Se RE ae oe aa tet aera <i> er) pa ol i ae a ee pee eh om EY we, bP Se .* IES ON i - a Ll oo hey” ie ead SM aI OS a eet ee, 7 ‘eo
