A parking ticket indicating, the van had been cited by the Los fngeles Folice Department DAPD) on May 13, 4974, had been located in that van. When cited the van had been parked in front of 855 West 84th Street, Los Angeles, California. At 9:45 p.m., May 16.1000, ADIC SULLIVAN, fon Sie arcived in the neigh- borhood of 835 West 84th Street. A 1964 red over white Volkswagen van bearing pcrmanent California tag 463 GMO and temporary California paper tag 53067393 was observed in the driveway to the cast of 833 West &4th Street headed ina northerly direction.
