cooperating with national magazines in the placement of feature
articles concerning the Hearnap fugitives.

t a detailed article on
the case which he personally would write with the assistance
of George Clifford, a free-lance writer who is currently working
on the "Argosy" FBI case series. The article would be given
feature prominence and would contain photographs and complete
descriptions of the fugitives. Every effort would be made, to
place the article in the December issue of "Argosy" which will
appear on the newsstand in mid-November, 1974.
In connection with the article, Mr. Sugar, whose
are in New York City, wishes to travel to Washington
offices
