If there is an opportunity, these individ- vals will be interviewed regarding the offenses allegedly committed by them and in these interviews specific emphasis will be given to determining whether the Hearnap fugitives may have fled to Canada. SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA ACTIVISTS Our SF Office has previously interviewed or attempted to. interview known associates of the Harrises. These included Alicia Englander, Cindy Garve nd Robyn Sue Steiner. These individua and oO 3) e to date have been uncooperative. With the thought that the three fugitives may have had additional assistance in their flight, further interroga~ tion of the above individuals will be conducted in an effort to identify any other associates who may reside in the LA area. MISCELLANEOUS INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVITY The LA Office is presently obtaining a listing of all employees at the Good Year Tire and Rubber Plant located on East . Gage Street in LA, California. This is being done in order to develop a possible connection inasmuch as the fugitives were, on 5/17/74, attempting to locate East Gage Street. Intensive investi-~ gatién to date, including neighborhood inquiry, has failed to develop the. significance of East Gage Street other than the fact it is a major thoroughfare which parallels 54th Street, the scene of the shootout. The Indianapolis and Chicago Offices are being instructed to thoroughly reinterview all known associates of the Harrises in order to develop any additional possible contacts. The SF Office will do the same regarding those associates of Patricia Hearst. The Sacramento Office, at the request of SF, is currently exploring the feasibility of obtaining all drivers licenses issued since 5/17/74, so that photographs depicted thereon may be compared against“those of the fugitives.
