L ; . ‘ At 2:53 pam, on June 11, 1974, the below listed Spg§cial Agents arrived at Radio Station KPFR-IM, 3729 Cauenga Boulevard West, anounced their identities to the switchboard operator and requested to speak with WILL LEWIS, the Station Manager. am At 2:57 p.m, WILL LEWIS appeared in the lobby, acknowLedving his identity by nawne. tHe was advised of the identities and official capacities of the Special Agents ‘through display of credentiols. SA cern served Mr. LEWIS with a subpoena directing Tis appearance before a Federal Grand Jury at Los Angeles, California, at 10:00 a.m., on June 12, 1974. = Mr. LEWLS read the subpoena out loud into the microphone, which subpoena directed that at the time of his appearance before the Grand Jury to bring with him the original copy received of a commuriquc from the Weather Underground, entitled same, consisting of three pages dated May 31, 1974, and envclope received therein; and Lhe originsl of the tape recording which radio station RPFK pleyed at about noon on June 7, L974, on its station, purported to be a message to the. b public from PATRICIA HEARST, EMILY HNARRIS and WILLIAM HARRIS. , Present during the above proceedings were approxi- ° mately six othey ‘doptified persons, one of whom was recognized by $ through previous contact as being ; station employee TlH RUSLARELD.
