an income tax return for approximately $650. -Countiig the
approximate $200 that his uncle had wired to him, th's left
WALTER with approximately $50 remaining.

in Las Vegas on approximately July 6, 1974. He went there
by airline and stayed approximately four weeks. He waa then
preparing to go overssas for amployment. His brother, JACK,
was at Las Vegas during a portion of thia trip. The sus-
picions as to the identities of HEARST and the HARRI:|' had
already been raised through conversations with JACK, which
are described above, They had been confirmed by WAL''ER'g
discussion with his parents. During this trip to La.: Vegas
