¢ talked by telephone with Mrs. EISLER, he had informed her about the possi-
L ¢ bility of issuing a Czechoslovak passport to both the Subject and his wife
for a period of six months. BENES based his authority to do this on a report
from the Ministry of Interior in Prague, which stated that they had no objec-
