He stated this card, which was typewritten, contained the following messages; "Hoadquarters Daily Worker October 23, 1953 Fellow Traveller: Everything humanely possibile is being done for your rolease ag wo are sorely in need of you porsonally for "Propaganda, Purposes". Mother Country Russia has the A & H bombs thanks to you & Hr. end Ties, ROSENBERGS, wo ure now ready to do real business here. - That Louse MeCARTHY is ruining us by throwing our informants out of Gov. service. Fellow Travoller & Brother moxuber cer KY stated the ahove card could not be deliverod to Hiss as HISS has not been authorized to corraspond with any persons with the initials J.J.K.
