; Moore atated he we with Floyd when the Ashgrove, Mo., bank was robbed about the middle of January of this year. He stated that he went with an Italian whom they called "Rich*, Dunbar and Ossie{Elliot, another one of the gang to pull the job altho he, Moore, 414 not actually participate, hoe being in one of the getaway care; that after the job was pulled they went to the home of *"Richta” brother at Bolivar, Mo., and stopped that night. Thia man at Bolivar is an auto mechanic but Moore does not know his name. (By referring to my recent report on Eve iPichetti, I think thie brother's name ean be obtained es undoubtedly the party referred to as "Rich" is Adam fRichetti, and as I remember Eva told me ahe had w« brother living et Bolivar.) The next day they returned to Henty's place and “Rich” turned ever $3700.00 © Floyd stating that he had given his brother $300.00. Moore stated that a day or so later Floyd sent him, Edffvans, Rich, and Dunbar to Kansas City to get a machine gun which was to be delivered there by a man named Touky, or some similar name, who was « big gangster kidnapper, working out of Chicago and New York. Moore stated he understands from whet Floyd said that Touhy was getting this gun from the Government Army Post, ut Long Island, New York. A man named Ceci Cooley, who "timed” with Floyd at Jefferson City and who re- 212 at 810 Freemont Street, Kansas City, Mo., wae the contact man between / Touby and “Rich* who handled the mtter. Cooley is supposed to have obtained .the gun from Touhy on Cherry Street, Kansas City. Moore did not meet Touhy, Cooley has a brother on the Kansas City Police Force who is in touch with the ‘underworld and tips them off to what is happening. Moore further stated that Floyd had the following banks lined up to ve robbed: A bank at Greenwood, Ark., the Mac Elroy Bank at Fayetteville, Ark., one st Vien, Oklea,, the Tahlequah, Okla. bank, and banks at Vinita, okla., Clinton, Missouri and Neosha, Mo. He stated that about January 20, 1933 he with Ossie Eliiot},Rich and Dunbar went to Westville, Okla., where he and Flliott left them und proceeded to Fayetteville, Ark. to steel] a cer to be used in the Fayetteville bank robbery; that they wanted a chevrolet coupe with a rumble seat; that he, Moore, hi-jacked a wormn out of her Chevrolet coupe but it afd not have @ rumble seat and upon returning to Weatville, Rich wanted to kill him for not stealing the right kind of a car; that they then went to Tulea, Oklahoma and stole a Cadillac Roadster with a rumble seat. He stated the Fayetteville bank | wap to be robbed that Monday end he was able to call the officers, tipping then off on the robbery and it fell through. Moore steted that upon returning to Hanty's home, Ed Evans received @ message from his father at Hot Springs, ark. to the effect that the father was seriously ill. Floyd sent Moore, Dunbar and Rich to Hot Springs with Evans while the letfér visited his father, who was in some esanitarium, nem ond location not remembered. Evans visited the father about an hour while the others stayed out~ side in the car and they all then drove to a farm owned by Evans’ father located ebout forty miles Northwest of Hot Springs where they stopped that night, and
