But I don't know whether that means that no such that no such activities are occurring or because it's not within the scope of the request, BERMAN: Well, we think -- since I was involved in this language -- we think that since the database is under the purview of the Department of Justice, use of it by other agencies would be included in that report, under Section 126(a).
