The last enclosure shows that a survey of keys in'the above Tel-Kee
cabinet was mide in July, 1972, and those keys no longer of value were destroyed.
The Tel- Kee cabinet maintained by the SAC af the Security Division
was examined by Mr, Gardner and according to information received by the
Inspection Division from nertinant nearennnal ha waa aatiafiad that tha

aforementioned keys were not maintained as indicated. In fact, all of the
keys now maintained are pertinent solely to the New, York Office itself.
