He stated further that he knows none of MARSHALL's associates vith the exception of CARL R. JOHNSON, attorney who participated with MARSHALL in the WILLIAMS case. Be stated further that his association with MARSHALL also extended to social activities as well as Bar Association meetings. stated that he is not acquainted with MARSHALL's fanily, however, it is his understanding that MARSHALL's first wife is deceased and he has rewarried, another associate of MARSHALL with whom he is not acquainted. 4
